Autoclaving: Sterilize the scissors in an autoclave at 132°C (270°F) for 3.5 minutes, using a sterilization pouch with an indicator to track sterilization conditions.

Air Sterilization (Dry Heat): Alternatively, sterilize the scissors in a dry heat sterilizer at 180–200°C for 60 minutes. Use sterilization pouches designed for dry heat sterilization.
